Soak the cashews for at least 30 minutes. Then drain the cashews and toss them in a blender or food processor.
Next, add the yogurt into the blender.
Blend the yogurt and cashews for several minutes or until there are no cashew bits left.
Next add the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
Blend again.
Next, add the mixture into a container that has a lid.
Mix in the remain herbs and put in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving. We found that the mixture thickened up after sitting in the fridge and the herbs infused into the ranch.
Serve with our Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower or some vegetables.
