Grab a container or bowl that you plan on storing your salsa in.
First core your tomatoes. Remove the seeds so you're just left with the tomato flesh. Then you'll want to chop your tomatoes into small pieces and add to your bowl or container.
Next, you'll want to chop your bell pepper, onions, jalapenos, chipotle peppers, and garlic. Adding them to your bowl as you go.
Now, remove the stems from your cilantro and also chop into fine pieces. You'll want your cilantro to be significantly smaller pieces than the rest of the ingredients. Add your cilantro to the bowl once chopped.
At this point, you'll want to add the cumin, salt, sugar, and lime juice and mixing thoroughly. Now you'll want to adjust the spices and flavors to your taste. Sometime we will add additional garlic powder or other spices depending on our mood.
Once the salsa is all mixed you can serve right away, or for the best results let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or more. This will allow for the flavors in the salsa to truly blend together. Salsa always better on the 2nd day.
Serve with chips or your favorite Mexican dish.
