Ingredients
2poundspotatoes cut into 1-inch pieces
1-2tbspoil(I used olive oil)
2tbsprosemary, chopped(Fresh or Dried)
1tbspparsley, chopped(Fresh or Dried)
1/2tbspgarlic powder
pinchofsalt, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl add all your ingredients: potatoes, oil, and seasoning. Toss everything together so the potatoes are all covered with some oil and seasoning.
Preheat your air fryer if required. Otherwise, add your potatoes to the basket, and cook for 30 minutes at 400° F. Halfway through you’ll want to give the basket a good shake to mix up the potatoes to cook them evenly.
Once the potatoes are done cooking you can toss with a little more rosemary and salt to taste.
Serve your potatoes with some ketchup, fruit, or maybe a tofu scramble and enjoy!
