Welcome to Vegan The Way!

I’m Seanna and I started Vegan The Way as a way to share vegan recipes I create. Growing up food and cooking was always a major part of my life. During the fall our family would turn 50 pounds of apples into different delicious treats to share with friends and family. During the winter our family would spend the weekends making Christmas candies and cookies while listening to Christmas music. In the summer we would go to BBQs or potlucks with several pounds of spaghetti or ribs we made. Food has always been a way to connect and share great memories with friends and family.

When my household initially switched to a vegan diet we knew we wouldn’t regret the decision, but thought we would no longer be able to have many of our favorite dishes. Luckily that proved not to be the case as we started surfing the internet and finding out that no, with a little quality time in the kitchen we could still make a lot of our favorite foods by making a few substitutions.

Vegan The Way is a food blog dedicated to creating delicious, affordable, and familiar vegan recipes. Whether you’ve been a vegan your whole life or just interested in a meatless Monday meal, we will be here for you.
